www.thequiltgal.com then look under Online Store, and then Singer 221 replacement parts. Was it cracked so the screws would not hold it together? If the foot controller is repairable, you can purchase just the replacement cord, but sounds like it may not be. If you could PM me a photo of your foot controller, it would be easier for me to tell.
