Just forgot to put a pan of water in the oven with it so the top cracked :(
I've never done a cheesecake before, so I liked this recipe as I couldn't be bothered with all the kerfuffle of using pan of water! It came out completely smooth on top, and has a lighter texture than the usual cheescake. reminded me almost of an egg custard tart
