Well, apparently I did something right. I hope I can do it again. Above is my "scrappy carpenter's star" in progress, because when I sewed it together, the last two rows on each side are out of whack. I have to take it apart and redo. I made it it from a package of scrappy squares from a flea market and some neutrals I've been accumulating from remnant bins.
