I worked hard this week for that. Lots of exercise and followed my weight watchers pretty close. That makes a total of 37.8 pounds. We just went to a birthday party that I knew would be a problem. It was roaring 20's theme. They always have really good food. I tried to fill up on the shrimp. I did ok, not good but ok. It could have been worse. Back on the elliptical tomorrow and back to eating right. Hope the scale news is good next week too. I would like to be down 50 pounds by Christmas.
