I did my first craft festival. It was a lot of fun. I did make a few sales. Not nearly as much as I wanted, but I pretty much broke even, and at least that paid for my fabrics. I sold some purses, table runners, a couple of lap quilts, kitchen towels & one larger quilt. I met a lot of people & had fun talking to everyone. The vendor next to my booth said that it had been her worst year ever and she's been doing this festival for years, but she encouraged me to come back next year. I'm still thinking about it...not sure, yet. But, if I do, I will make more Holiday purses. I had only made 5 and they sold right off the bat. Live & Learn.
