I enjoyed reading the comments on why don't we see more yellow in quilts. I am requesting you to post your pictures of your quilts with yellow in them so I can see what you mean. I always like to see a little yellow in a quilt but when I try to use it in mine, the fabric feels like a hot potato and I cannot bring myself to cut and use it.
So, please help me love yellow. Show me your quilts! The one quilt, I made 2 twin size quilts just alike with 4 coordinating pillowcases for a couple in an assisted living facility. The one hanging over a rack with another quilt is a queen size and I have it on my bed.

I have made several quilts with yellow in therm. The first is a WV baby quilt. It is really more gold than yellow. the second a blue and yellow queen size quilt I have on my bed. I made a baby quilt with the leftover fabrics but can't locate the picture now. The third is a double wedding ring I made for my sister who got married at the age of 70 after 31 years as a widow and the last is a picture of two twin size quilts and 4 pillowcase that coordinate with them. I especially love blue and yellow quilts.
