I just wanted to share that I received a wonderful phone call this evening thanking me for the quilt and raving about it. I wasn't able to attend the shower so did not see any reactions, but the father-to-be is my good friend and he called tonight to tell me that everyone loved it especially his mother. Nick especially liked the prairie points even though he didn't know what they were called.
After the thread about some never receiving thanks or even acknowledgement of the gift of a quilt I was so happy to get that phone call.
