If you click on
MY PROFILE (on the black bar at the top of the page), you'll see listed under your avatar links to various things, including
FIND LATEST POSTS and
FIND LATEST STARTED THREAD.
For posts made to threads after the changeover, you can click on
SETTINGS (black bar), and it will list the threads with new posts. If there are no new posts, but you still want to see a list of your subscribed threads, just click on the blue
VIEW ALL SUBSCRIBED THREADS links.
Any older "watched" threads were not transferred over. The reason is beyond me.
