Thank you so much for this insight into your handquilting method. I too do handquilting but I have to use a thimble and a hoop in my lap. I love the way handquilting makes me feel and the look of it too. I will try your technique of doing 1 stitch at a time. Getting ready to baste a quilt for my daughter.
