scroll down on left side of page My Settings, My Account and click on General Settings,
scroll down to Miscellaneous Options, Message Editor Interface (you will probably have Basic) and click on Standard,

Thank you so much for that info! Someone else in a PM was trying to describe to me where to find the colour and I couldn't "see" the boxes.... now that I've opted for Standard there they are
