I did read through the guidelines and they aren't terribly thorough. Some of the examples given for "special technique" were yo-yo, embroidery, crazy quilt...so I'm thinking my project is not considered a special technique. LOL* This is my first experience and it's pretty intimidating! I want to be sure I list it in the right category!
