IMHO commercial does not mean buying a few yards of fabric, making a few quilts and selling them. Commercial items would be made in bulk and sold in large numbers. But I think I would be a little careful with licensed characters, ect.
Sorry Camping Angel, but commercial means commercial. If you sell 1 or 1 million, it is still considered a legal transaction and that means commercial. I haven't read my shelvage lately, will do that. And I will be avoiding fabric with that warning.
