I sent some 1 yard fabric pieces to K3n a few months ago. I had bought them then decided they didn't work for the Dresden Kaleidoscopes I do. So I sent them to K as she does the One Block Wonders and I challenged her to make minis out of them!
She did some fantastic OBWs and we had been talking. So today I go to the Post Office and found this pkg. I thought I didn't order anything. Then I thought well someone has sent me some fabric! When I opened it right there in the Post Office I found this gorgeous little quilt!!!! I was speechless!! I showed it to our post master and he was awed at the work that went into it!!
I haven't got to show it to my mom or daughter as they are gone for the day but when they get back I am going to show off this wonderful work of art!!
I am thinking of showing it at Old Settlers Quilt Show this year. It is a pioneer kind of event here in this little town and everyone shows their quilts in the church.
