Have you seen the you tube tutorial by MissouriQuilt co. about tube quilt? You sew one strip the width of the widest half, the width of the desired fabric, then the two strips that will make the other half of the block the width of the fabric and then place the two together strips on the wide strip right sides together and sew both sides of the strip sets together and press to set seams and then cut them with a 45degree line on your ruler. I am not explaining this very well, I'm sorry and I don't know how to cut n paste the youtube address, but if you go to google and put youtube n then quilting videos missouriquiltco and it should pop up, or go to missouri quilt co website via google n check out the tutorials list theere.
