Thanks, janetter, but let's give all the credit to Sharon!
That's a fine looking binding on an adorable quilt.
But I have to say I'm sort of mesmerized by the little booties - did you make them?
I'm glad the videos were helpful.
There are a gazillion quilting videos/pages out there, and production values aside, SS's are the best.
I so admire the way she totally breaks the process down, fiddles around with it until she has each component/step working to her very high standards, and then presents it in a totally doable and understandable way for the (considerably less talented) masses to also achieve a perfect final product.
If I had more time to spare, I would definitely consider joining her (fee based) network.
MTS I must confess I did not make the booties. I found them in a cute lil shop on main street here in town with the help of a coworkers keen eye. I missed the baby shower due to the freak Oct snow storm and loss of power for a week. I hope to deliver all of it shortly.
And yes it is definatley Sharon who has the know how and ability to teach, but wonderful folks like you who pay it forward. I have done so also and hope that those I have told have as much fun as I have with it. I am on my third binding of quilts and also working on mug rugs and placemats.
