"As of now" being the key words!! When I was 27, I had the opportunity to sit with my auntie and learn a LOT of family history. I didn't do it. I was too busy living my own life to be bothered to listen to her talk about "dead people". I didn't have much appreciation for heirlooms either, I'd have much rather had new. I'm paying for that attitude now. Put it in the attic. The kids may change their minds... OR check with cousins that may have an interest!!
