I am so sorry that this happened to you as well. Charisma on the board does my quilts and she is amazing. I hope you find someone to help you redo it. Your friend will be excited that the quilt is coming even if it does not get finished in time for Christmas, in fact she will probably be MORE excited because she will have another present coming.
