moonrise thank you for such a beautiful extra block! i receved it today. it will make my friend's quilt that much more special. i saw moonrise's special cancer butterfly in another post and asked her to make one for me. here is a pic of the block. my friend loves seashells so i bring her some back from my travels and her quilt will have seashell fabrics in it.[ATTACH=CONFIG]290469[/ATTACH]
i am making a very special friend of mine a breast cancer survivor quilt and some of you have received fabric for this quilt. my friend is not only a survivor but she has gone on to be an ambassador and fundraiser for susan g komen foundation, an inspiration to other survivors through her fashion shows, a motivator for others at the breast cancer center here and an overall inspiration to all who know her and went through the struggles with her.
