What does your manual say? If it came with plastic bobbins from the manufacturer, then that's what you're supposed to use. If you use metal bobbins in a plastic bobbin case, you will damage your machine after time and probably have a nice little repair bill down the road. Vintage machines were typically made to use metal bobbins. Walmart bobbins are junk. Order from your dealer or a reputable vendor online.
