it depends on how much cutting you do and the repeat use of the dies.
I cut a lot of jelly rolls for classes and it has more than paid for itself in time saved.
I now have the special dies for my Avatar which will save time in cutting the kits.
However, most seem to find the Go more useful than the Baby Go.
If you should get it, don't buy a bunch of dies at first but only those you know you will use. Get some basic dies that you will use and then wait until you how much you will use others. Example. If you are going to make a Grandmother's Flower Garden then the hexagon die would certainly save a lot of time.....I bought some that I probably will never use. My 2.5" strip cutter for jelly rolls was the best buy I made.
