Thanks for the serial number. I was a few years off on my guess of its age, but still in the ballpark. A 1917 machine should have come out originally with a back clamping presser foot. The Filigree decals still have my attention. I hadn’t seen them on a machine that old before. I suppose it could have been repainted sometime along the line, and the newer decal set applied, but it would take close inspection to be able to determine that possibility.
That’s neither here nor there though, since you still have a very nice early 66 with Filigree decals. I’d call that a “keeper” for sure!

Thanks, I am not sure on the date but that is what I found on line. I am proud of it anyway. I am not using it at this time, need to adjust the tension on it. I jusat love these old ones. I would love to have a FW Singer. I used to have one and not realizing what I had gave it away. I was young and dumb, lol...Thanks again for you info. Have a great day, Granny
