Smoked Fish Dip


½ pint sour cream
2 Tbl. Horseradish
2 Tbl. Mayonnaise
Dash Tabasco

Flaked Smoked fish – I have used mackerel, mullet, and shad, but any other would work - at least the sae amount as the sauce.

Mix together. Serve with crackers.
