Creating a light box effect around the machine could help. Hang (or get 3 people to hold) white sheets on 3 sides of the machine to get the light bouncing all around. If you get extra highlighting or glare spots on the machine, try arranging the extra lighting so that it's not focused directly on the machine, but rather on the sheets or maybe even from behind the sheets. No expert here, but maybe this can help.
