I have one that the chain is pulling out of the cabinet top and another, with a cable that is perfectly fine. Don't know if these conditions are because of the way they are made or the usage of the cabinets. Am looking to see how to save the first one, not having much luck
is it pulling out because the screw hole is getting loose? I've had good luck tightening up enlarged screw holes by breaking off little lengths of wooden toothpicks and sticking them in the hole. Then when you put the screw back in it is nice and tight.
