I have fibro myself so I understand what she will deal with. Get a good Dr. who deals with the disease & understands. Maxalt XL for headaches for sure. She will have a thing called fibro fog. There is a good website also. Go online learn all you can. But water is the best exercise it doesn't strain the body. Don't do exercise without Dr. help or PT.
