I have had fybromialgia sence 87 and tried just about every med out there I finally went back to the old stand bys and take the good days and do things on bad days I just sit in my recliner and vegatate I finally had botox injections for my headachs and it helped to get rid of them. It is just trial and error until you get what helps you.
