Good morning everyone! Hard to believe it's the last day of November already. I thought I was out of the running for the FQ's because I only lost 3.5 pounds, but from reading all the posts that may not be the case so I guess I'll be sending a message to MJ after all.
Congratulations to Cindy for another 5 pounds lost. I'm so glad you're recovery is going well.
