I seem to be promoting music this morning. When I am reach this point , I like to turn my music on and it seems to distract my attention away from the blandness of the moment. Sometimes I sing along and I have been known to jump up for a minute and dance around. Maybe it's a good thing my sewing room is upstairs. LOL.
