I, too have had mono vision correct per my eye dr.'s advice. The others are correct . . . the brain sorts it out with no problem. My eye dr. also said the "cheater" or reading glasses are fine when needed but that with increasing age, the over the counter readers would eventually not do a good enough job. I faithfully go in for eye dr. ck. ups 2 x per yr. as I have a slightly high inner eye pressure that is important to monitor.
