Because of my extreme nearsightedness the bifocal contacts did not work well at all for me. I changed optometrists and have now had the monovision contacts for several years and like them very much. The only time I have problems is if I'm very tired or it's getting to be time to switch to a new pair at the end of the month or if my allergies are on the rampage.
