Thats what I was referring to Suzy....if you actually BASTE it like the video shows you, then when you undo a couple of stitches, the piece will want to turn on that basting line. After you baste, kinda run your thumbnail around the piece to crease it slightly... You'll want to trim around the outside of the piece~ outside basting stitches, leaving about maybe 1/8"...the mistake that I made for years was leaving too much seam allowance. It makes it harder to turn and then it doesn't turn smoothly either.
