Bless your heart! I am sooooo glad you found this and not someone else. You needed that uplifting! For your family, why don't you write each one of them a very special, personal, Christmas letter. You might share some of your favorite memories with them ... a different memory for each person, something that they might relate to. Christmas has gotten so commercialized, we all need to get back to the basics, back to the real meaning of Christmas. A sharing from the heart is the best gift of all.
I'm thinking about trying something new this Christmas instead of the regular "gift" thing... I would like to sit around a table and pass out a piece of paper for everyone and have them write their name on it. Next they would pass it to the next person who would write down something they love and appreciate about that person whose name is at the top. The paper would get passed all around the table.
Let's hope our heads do not become enlarged but that we will be encouraged to be the best we can be for the Lord!!
