You would be doing them a great disservice if you failed to make them aware of a situation that will cost them customers. If its an honest mistake, its one thing but if it is carelessness on someone part, then it is quality control and should be addressed immediately. Should it be an attempt to dupe the customer they need to know that the attempt was not successful.
