Applique Question
I am new to applique so do not know all the ins and outs of it. I have a few patterns for small wall hangings (20"x20" or smaller). The directions state to use Heavy Weight Fusible Web to fuse everything down. No were does it say to stitch around the edges. No matter if it is Heavy Weight or not, wont Fusible Web let loose in time???
