restoring baby quilts
My step daughter's baby quilt has been very loved. It was a stamped premade quilt that was hand embroidered with squares of each letter of the alphabet. the binding no longer exists and the fabric is worn through to the batting. Is there anyway to salvage it? I am not sure she will appreciate having it restored as she is developmentally delayed, but I thought her mother might like to have it... Any ideas?
