Welcome from So Cal (but a little north of you!) You'll find everyone on this board very helpful. A good way to get into quilting is to take a sampler class at your local quilt shop. There are also lots of easy patterns to start out on. However you do it, you'll be hooked for life! There's plenty of inspiration on this board!
