I would politely let them know my concerns. Did this once when I asked for 25cm widths and ended up with 20cm widths for all of the selection. The owner was/is a good business person and replaced everything and threw in two extra pieces as a 'sorry' token. They still have my business.
Yours looks like a printing mistake rather than sunlight, judging from the white streaks?
