This is so great to see so many "new" faces. Believe me, I did the FWS and wouldn't have come close to completing it without the help, teaching, and encouragement from the others doing it. (Think 111 potholders--that's what I would have ended up with without all these friends.) I am very intimidated by the first block; I've done it 3 times and each one looks like sh&^%&! But I will do it a 4th or 5th time til I "get it"; that was the beauty of FWS. I learned so much--I'm a much better piecer and quilter than I was at the beginning of the project.

I don't see pp instructions either for block one; just templates and a line drawing. Since I did FWS with all templates, that' what I'm trying to do with this block. If there is a foundation pattern available, please let me know where it is. I've done Y seams before but so many in one little block isn't working real well for me. Thanks!
