Squash Recipe
I know this isn't the recipe you are looking for, but here is a good one a friend gave me.
Peel and cube 2 cups butternut squash. Cook in water until tender. Drain and mash. Add crushed pineapple ( 1/2 c .??), salt and pepper, 1-2 Tbls. Butter. Top with chopped nuts.
