I have used this product on heirloom quilt tops. It's amazing! It works slowly, meaning you have to soak the article for a couple of days. I used an unused bathtub. But it's gentle, and just amazing for what it gets out. All the old yellowing, and set in stains I never thought would come out. And so gentle on the fabric. I did have to touch up one quilt top, and I used Efferdent denture cleaner. I couldn't find it in the powder I used to use, so I had to grind up tablets, but it still worked. Put it on the stain, scrub gently with an old, soft tooth brush. If it doesn't come out on the first try, feel free to give it a couple more tries (without rinsing the initial tries out). If it doesn't come out by the 3rd or 4th try, it's not coming out that way, but I've had great success with this, and it's gentle too. Then just rinse it out and try something else if necessary. Hope this helps!
