Quilt Journaling is the act of recording thoughts, actions, procedures, (ie experiments with fabric, fibers, mixed-media etc.) using quilting as the 'recorded page' of your personal diary. The 'quilt pages' you create may be daily, weekly, monthly or whatever appointed time you choose to commit to. It helps to set specific personal guidelines such as size restriction, and personal expectations so that you will stay inspired with a play and learn approach.
