Wow me either. I have Adobe Professional, and I thought maybe I could open it but definitely either the PDF has been removed from their server, or moved on the server.
You might try leaving them a message as they may not be aware of the broken link.
Sorry you're having this problem - I can imagine how frustrated I'd be!
