I started surfing the web, mostly for my own curiosity, but I came up with a lot of sites that have pictures of quilted wreaths, some even had directions on how to make it.
I'm lucky, I have, and retained, the ability to look at something, and figure out how it's made, and whether it's within my abilities to make without 'directions.' I also can change the size of something, add borders, take away things, etc, so these are the sites I have, use if you want:
