It would be nice if somewhere sewers and Quilters could hold free classes for those who are in Financial Difficulty to show them how to reuse cloth from clothing/ or Good Will, Salvation Army to make simple but yet Awesome useful items that could be used as gifts.. Its like the old saying "Teach a person to Fish and he will never go Hungry" So "Teach a Person to Sew and they will have an Useful Skill" So many young gals today don't even know how to sew on a Button or Repair a Hem.... Bring back Basic Home EC or as they call it now " Independent Living Class". Make it a required Class for both Girls and Boys.
