NEVER..NEVER. be ashamed of your work. Each of us does our best and that is great. I am still a bit younger than you, but at 76 I plan on lots more quilts to be made. So pick up your scissors, rulers, mats and fabric and get to work. LOL besides, it's not work it is pure pleasure......
