I just checked a book out of our library. It is called Quilting Designs from the Past by Jenny Carr Kinney. It has over 300 historically accurate quilting designs from 1810-1940. It is a fascinating study of quilting...no meandering or stippling... instead the designs are well planned and many are not that difficult.
