It is a lot of work, though, which is good because it keeps me from eating it all the time! Since it was just a Christmas thing and took a lot of work, I absolutely hated it when my Mom required me to make it then GAVE IT AWAY!!! Ooh, for a little while, I could feel the Scrooge in me coming out! (If you wanna give it away, make it yourself!) Grrr!

I think the icing is butter and powdered sugar and vanilla extract. I believe the recipe is on the sugar container.
