The biggest tip I can give you.... #1 Use a nice heave sauce pot. (good quality) It makes a huge difference. #2, Use a candy themometer (it has to be the right temperture. #3 Watch closely #4 (said with a big smile) all these trial runs is going to make you an expert. Yes, I still can't make good fudge. But my mom still tries to coach me through. lol, I can't make pies either. They come out looking picture beautiful. They taste horrible. (garbage material) LOL.
