There is a wonderful quilt shop in Tecumseh, MI named "The Quilt Patch" that has a room with past season fabrics marked at a discounted price, I think no more than $7.99 a yard (I THINK!). They also have a large quantity of "finish the bolt" at a discount also, but I don't remember the percentage. They have a punch card for frequent shoppers also.
We have over 1,000 bolts of promotional fabric (with our total number of bolts coming in over 6,750!!) and you're right, the highest price in that room is $7.99! Our shorty-shelf has a finishing-bolt-perk of 10% off. Also, with our punch cards, you receive $25 on your next visit once it's full and work your way up to becoming a Bag Lady!
