I normally use either blanket stitch or the needleturn technique. I've not been quilting long however I have been working on an applique BOM "Home Sweet Home" that I bought last year :oops: Some parts have been smallish eg the so called frames on the windows so I have made these making binding & sewn them in place using the NTurn techinique.

I do like needleturn, it's so neat... but this project needs to be a bit faster and doesn't need the dimension of needleturned, so will be all fusible. :-)
